Regulate Your Home. Reclaim Your Life

Create a home that supports your nervous system—so you can reduce overwhelm, stop wasting your energy and focus on what truly matters.

Do you ever wonder why you can’t fully settle at home?

Do you feel too overwhelmed to make decisions—even about the simplest things?
You try to find a sense of order, yet it slips through your fingers.

You’ve tried the self-care, the nervous system tools…
And still—something doesn’t fully land.
The calm doesn’t stick. The rest doesn’t come.

You are not alone.

Whether your home looks “together” on the outside…
or keeping house feels like a constant source of stress—
you are not failing at home.

There is a missing piece.
And it changes the terrain completely.

It’s your nervous system.

Your body is constantly reading your environment—
not just what you see, but what you sense.

Subtle disorder. Visual noise. Lack of coherence.

All of it registers beneath your awareness.

And over time, it shapes how at ease —or unsettled—you feel in your own home.

Your environment isn’t separate from you.

It’s part of how your body regulates.

Why Home

Home is where we practice almost everything.
It is the ground your life grows from.

If you want things to change—
to feel ordered, calm, steady and supported—
This is where to begin.

Because who you are isn’t out there somewhere.

It’s built, moment by moment, in the space you live in.

What Changes

When your home supports your nervous system, you don’t just have a more beautiful space—

You have a different experience of your life.

Home and self are not separate.
They function as a single system.

As this relationship is restored,
your patterns begin to shift naturally.

You stop second-guessing yourself.
You can actually relax at home.

You have the capacity to be present—to feel and integrate the small, meaningful moments of your life.

You begin to know what is truly right for you.
And you have the steadiness and inner resource to choose it.

The Outcome

This is how you get your authentic life back.

Not through more effort.
Not through more information.

But by creating a home and internal state that allow you to:

  • feel regulated in your body

  • think clearly and make aligned decisions

  • stop leaking energy into what doesn’t matter

  • live with presence, clarity, and self-trust

This is freedom.

The freedom to make your own decisions about your own life—
from clarity, not chaos.

“This is powerful healing work. It was even fun. My unexamined assumption that I needed to do this alone was wrong. I'm so glad I realized that." - Lisa K.

Our Offerings

Initial Consultation

After the discovery call, we will meet for an initial consultation.

This is a thoughtful, exploratory session where we get to know you, your space, and your nervous system. We’ll guide you through a holistic assessment to surface what’s working, what’s not, and what your space is asking for. You’ll leave with clarity, a suggested somatic practice, and a proposal for how we might continue working together which can be through either an A La Carte Session or a Package.

We’re Glad You’re Here

Two women standing outdoors in front of mountains and trees, smiling at the camera.

We are Nicteha and Jessica, co-creators of Salt + Gold: The Somatic Home — a practice rooted in the belief that true restoration begins by coming home to the body and the spaces we dwell in. Our work lives at the intersection of somatics, design, ritual, and the everyday rhythms that nourish a sense of belonging.

With backgrounds in bodywork, coaching, design, and herbal medicine, our paths have been shaped by deep initiations—illness, loss, motherhood, and the long search for rootedness. Through years of study and lived experience, we've come to see “home” not just as a place, but as a living practice. Together, we support others in creating environments—both internal and external—where they can truly dwell, restore and come alive.

When home becomes the core of our lives again, is laid out and adorned with intention and consciously cared for, it becomes a source of deep safety and an accurate mirror of our true nature.

“I continue to feel profoundly affected by our session. Nicteha and Jessica created an immensely safe, clear, yet expansive container. They helped me tune deeply into myself and my home as well as provided very tangible support that helped me feel unstuck in my design process. It was SO valuable to work with them.”

We help you recalibrate your home to support your nervous system—
so you can be centered and live with real choice.

This isn’t about creating a perfect home.

It’s about learning to notice what your body has been responding to all along — and making small, intentional shifts that change how your space feels to live in.

This often looks like:

  • finally understanding why a certain room drains you

  • reducing visual noise that keeps your system activated

  • building rhythms in your home that support—not fight—your nervous system

  • reshaping your environment so it naturally resources how you want to live

As a result,  your nervous system settles more quickly.

Small decisions become clearer.

Your space begins to organize more naturally.

Your home becomes a place that restores you, steadies you, and nourishes the life you’re here to live.

This work is for you if…

  • your home looks “fine” but doesn’t feel like you

  • you’re tired of low-grade overwhelm being your baseline

  • keeping up with your space feels exhausting

  • you’re sensitive to your environment (even if you don’t fully understand why)

  • you’re ready for a deeper, more embodied home and lifestyle
