Your first consultation is a rich, exploratory session where we lay the foundation for our work together.  You might think of it as an initial therapy session- a time to gather all the threads in order to sense the larger picture.

Held within a holistic coaching container, we lead you through a process of inquiry and listen deeply to the story of your life, your body and your space. We explore the flow of your daily life, family dynamics, challenges with your space and determine the baseline of your nervous system. Through our conversation and a visual walk through of your home, we begin to uncover the deeper values, patterns and priorities that are shaping your experience — both internally and externally.

You’ll leave the consultation with greater clarity about your needs, a suggested somatic practice or homework to continue exploring and a deeper understanding of how your home and your nervous system interact. Afterward, we will send a tailored proposal outlining your next steps — whether a single follow-up or one of our fuller packages — based on what best supports your goals.

This session is the beginning of a co-created process of discernment, agency and embodied home-making. We won’t be designing your space for you; instead, we lay out some tools that can help you become the designer of your own more coherent, soulful home. Our work is done online, as a team, supporting you in real-time from wherever you are.
